My feedback would be instead of sending me 4 e-mail reminders (yes I received 4 e-mails reminding me of my appointment). What would be nice is that make the FIRST e-mail so that I can reply and CONFIRM the appointment and then the other 3 e-mails wouldn't clog up my mailbox. Additionally instead of getting so many e-mail reminders, it would have been REALLY NICE to know (in an e-mail maybe) that the service was going to take 3+ hours to complete (due to the recall) since I'm from out of town and had a 5 hour round trip drive, not to mention no place to go for 3+ hours.......... More
