He kept me apprised every step of the way and was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The reasons for four stars versus five stars have nothing to do with Jeffrey. Usually, if the main waiting area is full, there is room in the showroom. Since the last time I was there, several of the tables have been removed from the showroom so even less room for people to sit, especially if working on their laptops as I wanted to do. Because the repairs were going to take a lot longer than anticipated, I decided to get a loaner car. I waited probably 30 minutes to get the car. They kept telling me "5 more minutes" and it just kept getting longer and longer. There was only one person ahead of me and one person behind me so it didn't appear to be that busy. Plus, there were three people working the desk. I realize this is Enterprise and not Gwinnett Place Honda but the survey is for the overall experience. When I got to the car wash, they both appeared to be working but when I pulled into the one on the left, it didn't work. The same thing happened to the person behind me. I pulled around and went to the one on the right and it worked. The person behind me just left. I realize that it was a holiday and very busy but these things kept me from giving the service center five stars. More

Jeffrey and Ronnie were great! Jeffrey was very kind and polite. He went over in detail what they were going to do with my Odyssey. He also explained what else was necessary when the routine inspection was completed. I told him that the extra expense was out of my ability to pay right then. Jeffrey explained that if I wanted I could apply for a 12 month no interest credit card if that would make it easier for me. I did that and was grateful for his going out of the way to make this all happen. He even got me a free loaner car as the extra work would delay me for a few hours. The work was quickly done and I was not inconvenienced in the least. I will be happy to come back again with this kind of service! More
