Tell me on thing: why in the xxxx did Honda do away with recommended miles on general maintenance items and perhaps not so general items in the Owners Manual? I would like to know and plan out what I need to be doing for general maintenance planning for my vehicle and I cannot do that and don't tell me I can get it off the web.What an idiot move. More

good service, lots of choices I wanted a 6 cylinder Accord and I knew they were no longer making them. I happened to stop by Gwinnett Place Honda on the way to another dealership. I was surprised at how many were available with the specific color I wanted (white). I finally agreed to a very nice 2015 Accord Touring. They were able to get my monthly payment to what I was comfortable with. Delavan was great and addressed all of my concerns. Tammy Gibson my finance rep was also very helpful and patient with the paper/computer signing. Upon a revisit, Curtis Simmons assured me any additional concerns with issues would be addressed the following week. More

Excellent Service We came in for our schedule maintenance and let them know about a noise we were hearing anytime we made a turn. They took the van in completed the sc We came in for our schedule maintenance and let them know about a noise we were hearing anytime we made a turn. They took the van in completed the scheduled maintenance and checked everything out. We received a call that they found the problem and we gave them the authorization to make the repairs. They called us when the repairs were completed, we came in and at that time they told us they discovered a problem with the repair they made when they test drove the van. We were told if we were willing to wait they would complete the repairs even though this would take them past their scheduled closing time. They stayed late to get the repairs completed rather then make us wait another day to pick up the van. It's service like this that has us returning time after time. While we were waiting we went over to the show room and met Dustin Vance who showed us all of the improvements they have made to the new Odyssey vans. More
