I never get routed to the wrong area, which protects my time and I can move forward with my day once I'm done. I especially love the way the service technicians refer to my car's package, and takes all the guesswork out of what I should be paying for. They kept giving me the run around....They wouldn't allow me to speak with the head person ( manager) or owner of the store... I told your finance manager Marquis Taylor I only wanted certain warranties on the car such as the tire/ rim and the engine/computer warranty...I notice on the disk he gave me 3 extra warranties. I was very much displeased with some of you staff that had came in contact with..Your salesman Tyler in new cars and Tolon and Curtis in use cars are the only people that was helpful to me.....I ended up losing in the deal....I have never had an experience like the one I encounter at your dealership, so I must make it known....I will leave a name out because I am writing this without my notes. I pray you address this situation to your employees... More
