HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP If I could rate a ZERO, I would have. This dealership prefers you to finance thru them so they can hit you with unknown fees on the rear of your loan. Luckily for me, I had my money upfront so I only needed a good deal on a car. They were NOT straight forward. Ramon kept going to the back to get the same piece of paper that they were writing on TAKING FOREVER(as if we were in a timeshare). Also, which was a plus for me, Willett Honda had the exact same car that I wanted for a cheaper price. Once I got Jacob(Willett Honda) on the phone, Gwinnett Place came back matching Willett’s price. This was the ONLY reason I purchased. I’m sure they have scammed a lot of people who needed financing. AVOID this dealer at ALL COST. The service department is great if you need service on your vehicle. I’ve used the service department for about 4 years. Ask for Alexander or Steven. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from them if you need them to finance. Also, do your research and compare vehicle prices with other locals. They will jack up the price as well. I hate dishonesty and it’s a lot of that happening at Gwinnett Place Honda! More

They do not value customers. We bought Honda Odyssey EXL with Nav and Entertaining 2019 last week and felt being trapped. We got good offers from Carland and Lou Sobh Honda but we We bought Honda Odyssey EXL with Nav and Entertaining 2019 last week and felt being trapped. We got good offers from Carland and Lou Sobh Honda but we came to you coz Joseph gave us the quote which was $150 less than others which sounds good but is not. The safety pkg other dealerships offered included ‘All weather mats’ and they were giving 15% discount on accessories too. However, you charged us around $200 for the mats which were already being used in the floor models as the parts store got closed by then. The online price was $139 on Honda’s website but sales rep said the price they gave us included labor ( which is too much for putting the mats in the car). We spoke to ‘Joseph’ about it but he was very rude in telling that mats are not the part of the pkg and he has to charge us. We felt insulted and did not argue further. Joseph was very competitive in matching the price quoted by other dealerships until we reached there. He even gave us the quote in the email without checking the quote from others which he said is not allowed. He did everything to make us come to the dealership. Other dealerships were still calling us and offering good deals while we were talking to the sales rep and he said it keeps on going. They will try to match our price and we will also try to match theirs. It was already late and our 3 year old was too tired to go anywhere that’s the only reason we bought our car from you. I don’t understand that if you guys are so competitive then why can’t you adjust the price for mats. Why do you have to be rude to the customers who paid $45000? You don’t worry about customer’s situation but just concerned about selling accessories and warranty at high prices. Also, while we were negotiating on the price, someone hit our car (which we were gonna trade in) in the parking. That was also surprising to us. More
