He has given this dealership plenty of referrals and made several personal purchases too. That said- We have had our 2017 Honda Civic, services twice in the last six months. Both times the service has been beyond disappointing! The first time I did not voice my concerns because I figured it was a one off however, it seems to be a disappointing service is a theme at this point. Recently we had our radiator replaced. Service left parts and caps off the car. This was discovered after my husband left your facility and double checked the repairs. He had to return and bring it to services’ attention that the JOB was NOT done. This time we have had the oil changed and the tires rotated. One day after getting the car serviced we got a flat tire. Service did not put the Honda issued wheel lock back in the packaging, and my husband had to look all over... It was upon removing all of the contents in the glove box that he found it... This should have been put back in its proper place, in the package, where it belongs... We take our car to the dealership to because we feel that this is the best way to ensure a higher quality of parts and repairs but, sadly I cannot say I have that sentiment about Gwinnett Place Honda any longer. *employees picked at random as I am not sure who my husband interacted with. More

good service but recommendation is nonsense. Customer service was great. the only concern I have is they charged for tire rotation every time but I don't think they actually did it this time.
