No serious maintenance check 1st oil change for my new 2019 Insight was done on Feb 9, 2019. I told Service Advisor to check the hood tightness since too much vibration during hi 1st oil change for my new 2019 Insight was done on Feb 9, 2019. I told Service Advisor to check the hood tightness since too much vibration during high speed on the highways. Reviewing service record don't have nothing mentioned about it. Feb 12, on highway driving, TPM warning sign showed up dashboard. We just had our new car serviced. Before this time service, no tire pressure issue but 3 days later tire pressure issue. What benefit I am getting from this oil change/maintenance check up? Report says tire pressure checked okay. More

Better Service My husband has been a long time promoter and loyal customer of Honda and this business in particular! He has given this dealership plenty of referra My husband has been a long time promoter and loyal customer of Honda and this business in particular! He has given this dealership plenty of referrals and made several personal purchases too. That said- We have had our 2017 Honda Civic, services twice in the last six months. Both times the service has been beyond disappointing! The first time I did not voice my concerns because I figured it was a one off however, it seems to be a disappointing service is a theme at this point. Recently we had our radiator replaced. Service left parts and caps off the car. This was discovered after my husband left your facility and double checked the repairs. He had to return and bring it to services’ attention that the JOB was NOT done. This time we have had the oil changed and the tires rotated. One day after getting the car serviced we got a flat tire. Service did not put the Honda issued wheel lock back in the packaging, and my husband had to look all over... It was upon removing all of the contents in the glove box that he found it... This should have been put back in its proper place, in the package, where it belongs... We take our car to the dealership to because we feel that this is the best way to ensure a higher quality of parts and repairs but, sadly I cannot say I have that sentiment about Gwinnett Place Honda any longer. *employees picked at random as I am not sure who my husband interacted with.
