Gwinnett Place Honda

A few set backs I came in for new tires/wheels with an oil change and rear wiper change. The tires and wheels that I had were damaged by previous owner and needed r I came in for new tires/wheels with an oil change and rear wiper change. The tires and wheels that I had were damaged by previous owner and needed replacing. The new tires and wheels that I have show similar damage to the original set, although not nearly as noticeable. So a slight disappointment. The rear wiper was unchanged but that's a 30 second trip back to the service department so no big deal. My biggest complaint is that upon pick up of my vehicle (a full 24 hours after the quoted pick up time) I noticed that my driver seat and steering wheel were both moved; lowered and leaned back and there were oily hand prints on my center console. I've never had anyone adjust my settings in order to service my vehicle before so it was a bit strange to experience. And certainly quite disappointing to have someone carelessly get into my car with dirty hands. So far, the response to my concerns has been positive so I am sure that there will be some resolution. In all, I do not feel that I should make too much of a fuss over some minor mistakes especially when the service was entirely free to begin with. More
