GWINNETT PLACE HONDA EXCELS IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION After scheduling an oil and filter change with Luis Escobar, Gwinnett Place Honda (GPH) reached out to me to confirm the appointment then followed up After scheduling an oil and filter change with Luis Escobar, Gwinnett Place Honda (GPH) reached out to me to confirm the appointment then followed up very shortly before the assigned date. Once there and discussing my service, Luis Escobar noted that I was close to 30K miles and there was a 30K special running soon to expire. I agreed to the additional service and cost. Given the maintenance time, I opted to use the shuttle what was promptly ordered for me and shortly after that, Pierre appeared and led me to the shuttle. After arrival at home, after about the time Luis stated that the maintenance would take, I received a text from Pierre that he was ready to pick me up, which he did and returned me to GPH to pay for the service. In total, I am happy with GPH and will return there for every needed maintenance on my Honda Accord. Kudus to Gwinnett Place Honda and their staff. More

I got dropped into a black hole My car would not start in the cold, so after getting a jump I took it to Honda for service. I dropped the car off, got a rental and went home. I recei My car would not start in the cold, so after getting a jump I took it to Honda for service. I dropped the car off, got a rental and went home. I received a call from the service department saying that I needed a battery cable replaced. I gave them an OK to do the work. I was told that the car would be ready in an hour. I waited and when I didn’t get another call, I attempted to contact the service department (Zack), but got another service person. I asked her for status of my car. She said that she thought my car was ready but I needed to talk to the service agent, who was with another customer and he would call back in no longer than 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and when no one called back, I called again. This time, the service agent would not give me any information about my car and immediately transferred me to Zack’s voice mail. I hung up and called again, getting another service agent who, again would not give me any information and again transferred me to Zack’s voice mail. Frustrated, I drove to the Honda service department. When I arrived there I learned that Zack had an emergency and had to leave. I learned that he had emailed another service agent to take over his customers, but apparently this agent had forgotten about that, and no one else knew that Zack had gone home. Obviously I was not happy. Also, no one did anything to alleviate the situation. More
