I recently have to Gwinnett Place Honda to buy a car (one that I also had to get serviced due to running over a tire a couple days after I bought it). I have to say, my experience was fantastic. I started by working with Tyler, who was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I never felt like he was pushing anything on me and he listened to me about what ibwanted and was looking for. I had forgotten my liscence so I came back about a week later to test drive the Honda Civic Hatchback I had been looking at. Tyler had been pulled away to work with another client, but he left me in the hands of Jovan. He was also a delight. Very honest about the value of the cars, the difference between them, and if one model was worth another. I never felt pressure, which is always my biggest fear wheb buying a car, and the experience was so painless. After deciding, the financing process was smooth. All of the staff is highly professional and the facility is comfortable and clean. I really did like my experience and will point my friends & family in this directection if they ever need the car. I adore my new car as well- everything is running perfectly- so I couldn’t be happier. Management was also very friendly and professional. You cannot go wrong at least coming here and checking out their cars. They will treat you right! More
