Excellent service x2 this week I have a chronic issue with Odyssey slide door popping and moaning and not wanting to open smoothly. I also needed cabin light box replaced. The techs kept in touch as they tried for 2 days to replicate my chronic issue. No luck. No charge. Cabin light box replaced! Everyone so kind. So helpful. So warm business-like. Kam and Brandon and the techs get 5/5?. *young female Receptionist needs to not tell customers at 4:10pm that "Oh, there probably isn't a manager, we close at five and they are all leaving or have left." Not acceptable. 1. No manager 50 minutes prior to close of biz, 2. Trying to cover for managers and putting off a cstr. ** FYI: Yes, a manager was available, she just had to get him to come and pick up the phone. Bad move. Upsets a customer who already needs to speak w/management. More
