Buying or leasing a new car is not something I enjoy. Shana McCants was very helpful by showing available accessories as well. Joseph Shin was very helpful in explaining different service opportunities and explaining the Lease agreement to me. Joy spent a long time in making sure I understood how to operate my new vehicle and I appreciate that.
