2017 Honda CRV AWD Touring, display screen and gas in oil Mr. Jeff Hawes the service rep was very professional, polite and patient with me and listened to ALL my concerns!! I commend him on his people skills...outstanding!!! In addition to my routine service, I bought my vehicle in for some really concerning issues, First, there's gasoline getting in my oil and the service rep smelled it also as I pulled out the oil dipstick to let him see/smell it. I was told that an update was applied even though my VIN# is not on the list for that issue that is happening across 2017/2018 Honda CRV Touring models, so I appreciated that very much!! Second, there's a bug/issue with the Display Screen (the brightness display appears on its own and continues to make a beep noise, as though I went into Setting then the Display Screen option to brighten it), which I didn't and will not go away unless the vehicle is turned off. It also dims the entire screen while displaying the brightness setting, at that point the screen is locked up and Will Not respond to any touch screen buttons and if you turn off the power it goes black and returns to the same problem until the vehicle is turned off. This was not corrected or fixed and it occurred again today...traveling WILL definitely be a problem!! :( However, I was told that I'd have to return when the problem is in progress so it can be properly diagnosed. I ordered and purchased my vehicle from there, Gwinnett Place Honda, which is about 40 miles from my house, so I'll have to hope it comes on very early one morning. In closing, I had to return a couple of hours later for a broken gear shift button that Jeff assured me was a common problem (I looked it up online and he was correct) and they fixed it very quickly!! Thank you for an excellent service experience! More
Excellent ! I’ve been to a few Honda dealerships in the Gwinnett area and I must say that visiting this particular one was one of the best! I went for an oil chan I’ve been to a few Honda dealerships in the Gwinnett area and I must say that visiting this particular one was one of the best! I went for an oil change and the service was much quicker than other places I’ve gone to. I will definitely be back. Also, my serviceman, Steven, made my visit very, very pleasant! He made sure my visit was as asissted and comfortable as I waited in their very accommodating waiting room area. Thank you! I highly recommend their services and I will be back. More

I have had several horrific experiences buying or leasing cars at dealerships, between typical “bait and switch” on cars to “oops, your interest rate I have had several horrific experiences buying or leasing cars at dealerships, between typical “bait and switch” on cars to “oops, your interest rate is going to be a little higher than we promised,” after they had sold my trade in. My son recently convinced me to give the dealership he likes, a chance, since I knew my current car was about to hit 100,000 miles. I reluctantly joined him at Gwinnette Honda, but the experience was not what I expected. They actually listened to what I wanted and meticulously explained every detail of the deal and all the paperwork. I left knowing I would be buying my future cars from them, and I really love my new 2018 Honda. More
I would say it was the best buying experience I had been to other Honda dealership and was told that I would have to come back or make an appointment. Really?? The sales staff was helpful and responsive to every question I had. They saw me immediately and took me on a test drive within minutes of my arrival. Daniel was readily available and was helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to answer a variety of my questions even after the sale was completed. More

Oil change I was a little disappointed by the customer service I received. The service rep was rushing me, interrupted me couple of times when I was communicatin I was a little disappointed by the customer service I received. The service rep was rushing me, interrupted me couple of times when I was communicating important information about my car, the wait time was over an hour (even though I scheduled the earliest appointment possible for the day), I did not receive the promised complimentary car wash, and the service report did not look very accurate (I have brand new engine mounts installed but the report claimed my engine mounts need immediate attention). More
