Oil change I was a little disappointed by the customer service I received. The service rep was rushing me, interrupted me couple of times when I was communicatin I was a little disappointed by the customer service I received. The service rep was rushing me, interrupted me couple of times when I was communicating important information about my car, the wait time was over an hour (even though I scheduled the earliest appointment possible for the day), I did not receive the promised complimentary car wash, and the service report did not look very accurate (I have brand new engine mounts installed but the report claimed my engine mounts need immediate attention). More

Service In A Timely Manner I arrived for my service, which was to repair my rear windshield washer, was greeted by Ronnie who took charge of my vehicle which allowed me to go in I arrived for my service, which was to repair my rear windshield washer, was greeted by Ronnie who took charge of my vehicle which allowed me to go into the waiting area while the car was repaired. I ended up going outside where I would not bother others while I made a couple of phone calls.
