Good Service I went to do my regular oil change service last Saturday. The service guy told me, it is time to replace my battery. I decided not to this time but la I went to do my regular oil change service last Saturday. The service guy told me, it is time to replace my battery. I decided not to this time but later asked the service guy how long replaced my battery here! He found that I still have warranty left. They replace my battery to new one. I wish he let me know before I asked but their overall service were very good. More

Oil change I was a little disappointed by the customer service I received. The service rep was rushing me, interrupted me couple of times when I was communicatin I was a little disappointed by the customer service I received. The service rep was rushing me, interrupted me couple of times when I was communicating important information about my car, the wait time was over an hour (even though I scheduled the earliest appointment possible for the day), I did not receive the promised complimentary car wash, and the service report did not look very accurate (I have brand new engine mounts installed but the report claimed my engine mounts need immediate attention). More
