2016 Honda Pilot Fuel Injector problem at 62000 miles The individual I dealt with was Mr. Courvoisier. He was very informative and try to insist me during this unexpected hardship. I was planning for my oil change service at my 60,0000 mile service on Saturday. On Friday, I had vehicle problem showing several warning. When I arrived Saturday morning, Mr. Courvoisier saw I was very frustrated and listen to my frustration. He looked for my certified vehicle powertrain that had just started showing in the system a year later. He checked to see why the fuel injectors was not cover for a known issue with this vehicle. The fuel injectors were not covered. He saw I was upset that I have to pay this hugh expense to have my fuel injector change and oil change. I could not get the other maintenance service done because of the cost of fuel injectors repair. He had the technician to find where the water was leaking into my car that I had checked at previous dealership and was sent to window specialist where I found out the window was replaced before I purchased the vehicle- this was unknown to me till this service day. I had this problem for a year.. I was told my sunroof drain rubber around the sunroof. Honda technician found their was a problem with the seal on this window that was replaced- unknown to me, I was thankful for this. He got me a rent a car because I had waited over 3hrs waiting for information about my car. The enterprise staff was nice. Mr. Courvoisier will definitely be great in public relations. I did meet with Mr. Cheung. I guess I misunderstood what I was told= not sure. I can thank him for supporting Mr, Courvesier. More

2017 Honda CRV AWD Touring, display screen and gas in oil Mr. Jeff Hawes the service rep was very professional, polite and patient with me and listened to ALL my concerns!! I commend him on his people skills. Mr. Jeff Hawes the service rep was very professional, polite and patient with me and listened to ALL my concerns!! In addition to my routine service, I bought my vehicle in for some really concerning issues, First, there's gasoline getting in my oil and the service rep smelled it also as I pulled out the oil dipstick to let him see/smell it. I was told that an update was applied even though my VIN# is not on the list for that issue that is happening across 2017/2018 Honda CRV Touring models, so I appreciated that very much!! Second, there's a bug/issue with the Display Screen (the brightness display appears on its own and continues to make a beep noise, as though I went into Setting then the Display Screen option to brighten it), which I didn't and will not go away unless the vehicle is turned off. It also dims the entire screen while displaying the brightness setting, at that point the screen is locked up and Will Not respond to any touch screen buttons and if you turn off the power it goes black and returns to the same problem until the vehicle is turned off. This was not corrected or fixed and it occurred again today...traveling WILL definitely be a problem!! :( However, I was told that I'd have to return when the problem is in progress so it can be properly diagnosed. I ordered and purchased my vehicle from there, Gwinnett Place Honda, which is about 40 miles from my house, so I'll have to hope it comes on very early one morning. In closing, I had to return a couple of hours later for a broken gear shift button that Jeff assured me was a common problem (I looked it up online and he was correct) and they fixed it very quickly!! Thank you for an excellent service experience! More
