Airbag recall replacement I made my appointment on line. Arrived early and was greeted by Jeffery Hawes. He was thorough, after the scheduled maintenance he pointed out that there were a few other general wear and tear issues with the vehicle. Hoses and belts that were beginning to show age. He was thoughtful and kind. Whereas he did bring these things to my attention I did not feel pressured to have them done at that moment. He gave me his card and asked me to call him if and when I wanted to schedule the suggested maintenance. The waiting room was a bit different. There was music playing in the background from many different genres and a television program playing that were competing for attention. There were actually two televisions playing the same program in different rooms. There was a slight delay in the sound, so I had music playing with two slightly unsynced audio playing and me there for two hours. Overall a reasonable experience. I would choose to not have sound on the television. More

The finance manager also provided very informative details about the warranty and add-on options without any sales pressure whatsoever. The leading edge technology used to close the deal and sign the "paperwork" was really cool. I negotiated with other dealers on the phone what at the dealership to give them one final shot at winning my business and Gwinnett Place Honda left me alone to make my calls and in the end provided the best deal in the area. I bought the car, only because I did the research. I have excellent credit and was told my interest rate was 6.19. I disputed and then was told , " I will do you a favor and get it to 4.19%". I am very sad about the dishonesty I experienced More
