Process needs improvement The service advisor was fine. No pressure for other service work, just pointed out items that may need to be looked at. You set up an appointment, but with no one in particular. Then when you drive in, you just have to wait by your car until someone sees you and approaches you. Your not sure if/when anyone will come . I would think it's better to set up appt with a particular advisor and just go to him directly when you drive in. Also, the system to drive customers back to workplace needs to be improved. I was left hanging for 20 minutes before I saw the driver about to take off with another customer. I had to go out and ask him to take me. He said he never got the text to take me. More

Deception Called about vehicles available. Made appointment and was told to ask for Curtis or Rodney. Was approached immediately by sales person. He told me t Called about vehicles available. Made appointment and was told to ask for Curtis or Rodney. Was approached immediately by sales person. He told me that " they were in a meeting"(Curtis and Rodney). Of course, never saw them. I bought the car, only because I did the research. I have excellent credit and was told my interest rate was 6.19. I disputed and then was told , " I will do you a favor and get it to 4.19%". I am very sad about the dishonesty I experienced More
