Not too satisfied!! First of all, my report summary was confusing. It said that I refused several services, but that was news to me. It said I refused to have tire replac First of all, my report summary was confusing. It said that I refused several services, but that was news to me. It said I refused to have tire replaced and the next page said I got a new tire. Did they replace it or not? Also my tire pressure light have been on after resetting it over and over. It was off after the service, but came back on later that evening. I called Luis Escobar and spoke with him. He again said reset it- if don't work- call back. I left a message and I guess I am not important enough to return my call.....this light really stresses me out! I travel a lot in my car! It also seems light the alignment is off and I mentioned that to him as well. Not the quality of service that I am used to from this company!! More
