Bad first appearance turned around by great customer service When I first pulled up there was two guys just standing around and didn't say anything to me at all just let me sit. Then here come Rudy awesome guy h When I first pulled up there was two guys just standing around and didn't say anything to me at all just let me sit. Then here come Rudy awesome guy his all spirit was awesome. He had the best Customer Service ever. Rudy made me feel like a old friend of his. Great advice on what I need to do and not do. He is truly a team player he apologize for the two just standing around and not acknowledging me as I pulled up. It' is all because of Rudy that I will be back again. I believe this lessens the value of a report made straight from the on a customer's own volition. I feel very bothered by phone calls and emails pestering me to make the review every time I come to the dealership. I have to come quite often because of the nature of driving I do for my job and I don't enjoy the phone calls and emails at all. More

Oil Change I came in for an oil change and to find out why the engine light and check light came on. Luis saw me pull in and immediately was ready to help me. I didn't have to wait for someone to come to my car. I explained what the problem was besides needing an oil change and he went out of his way to help me avoid an expensive procedure with diagnostics if possible. I really appreciated that. He brought it to my attention about needing a new battery. His knowledge and friendliness was impressive. More

Great Customer Service people I worked with were very friendly and personable. In addition to this during a customer service call I mentioned an issue with the car and that same day I received a call back asking me to come in so they could rectify the situation. I'm glad I choose to buy my car here due to how caring the staff has been so far. Also, just want to shout how how amazing my sales rep Aaron Hardy was.
