4 hours is way too long for this process..A bit frustrated Although we feel we got a fair deal on the vehicle there are details that should have been addressed, especially since this vehicle was listed as "cer Although we feel we got a fair deal on the vehicle there are details that should have been addressed, especially since this vehicle was listed as "certified". Windshield wipers are in (very) poor condition, on report it says that they're good. No owners manual which meant no code for the radio to be reset if the battery is disconnected, had to insist that we leave with one. Salesman suggested we "just go to another dealer if that happens", really? Kinda inconvenient I would say. Received two different keys, salesman was almost arguing with us that he gave us the right ones, even had another salesman tell him they were two different keys... My husband had to take him out to literally prove to him that they were different because he was so insistent that he was right ..... We finally got the right key, no apology, just said he was glad we caught it...... Your dealership is 1 1/2 hours (one way) from us, that would have been VERY inconvenient as well...... One of the keys prompts the van to say "change key battery", again, shouldn't this have been detected when the certification was done? Now it's on us..... Why? Our salesman, again, said just go to another dealer to have them change it, again, very inconvenient!!! Also said it's only $5.00, I'm guessing that's incorrect. You think a trip to another dealership is no big deal? At least an hour round trip from our home to the closest dealer. Also, when a customer spends over $30,000.00 on a vehicle, whether it's new or used, shouldn't they receive a full tank of gas not just a quarter tank? The tank was completely empty and we had to ask for gas........Again, why, especially when gas was $2.04 that day? Our transaction took 4(ish) hours, we ended up having Mike Pham from the new car department finalize our deal. We must have sat there for almost an hour, that's on top of waiting even longer in the used car department.... No one came to check on us, had to ask where our salesman was to even get some water..... I will say, our interaction with Mike was the best part of our experience..... He was kind and sympathetic to our situation and seemed to genuinely care and also apologized for our wait. Mike gets 5 stars, as for the dealership as a whole only 3 stars, which is surprising because I read your reviews and they were really good, this was a deciding factor on traveling that far to your dealership to purchase the van......Would be really nice if you would address and fix these issues which should never been issues in the first place..... I will definitely recommend this dealership and I will tell them to contact Dustin Vance and Joseph Quinton because they are outstanding salespeople. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with them. Joseph Shin was very patient in walking me through all of the financial paperwork. Hats off to all 3 of them. More

Very unsatisfied, brand new vehicle with issues My brand new vehicle (less than 6k miles) it’s making a roaring/vibration noise that they couldn’t find when I brought it to them, Honda contacted me My brand new vehicle (less than 6k miles) it’s making a roaring/vibration noise that they couldn’t find when I brought it to them, Honda contacted me to ask how satisfied I was, and I explained the situation so now they scheduled a second visit to the dealer which it’s ok, once they figure out and fix the issues I’ll put down this bad review. Hope they can do a little more effort to solve the problem. More
