I believe this lessens the value of a report made straight from the on a customer's own volition. I feel very bothered by phone calls and emails pestering me to make the review every time I come to the dealership. I have to come quite often because of the nature of driving I do for my job and I don't enjoy the phone calls and emails at all. More

Bad first appearance turned around by great customer service When I first pulled up there was two guys just standing around and didn't say anything to me at all just let me sit.
