Service Department Left Urgent Items Undone After Oil change was completed Service said all work items needed were done. Upon returning home, we had an E. Mail saying engine air filter and After Oil change was completed Service said all work items needed were done. Upon returning home, we had an E. Mail saying engine air filter and car cabin filter needed to be changed for our Odyssey. The car needed to be brought in immediately. This will involve over an hour of driving since Gwinnett Place Honda is 30 minutes away at a minimum with normal traffic conditions. Service adviser Michael Torres, service advisor, discounted the service technicians evaluation.since the mileage requirement was not met. There was no coordination between the technician and the service advisor. This should have been resolved while we were at the dealership. More

Excellent service The Service representative was exceptionally courteous and used several discounts to reduce my final bill as much as possible. Because I had all 4 ti The Service representative was exceptionally courteous and used several discounts to reduce my final bill as much as possible. Because I had all 4 tires replaced, 3 year complete maintenance service, including replacement of all fluids, and of course, the "standard" oil and filter change the overall cost was substantial and the total service process took over 3 hours. In spite of all of this, I was treated with great courtesy and am happy with this dealership for my Honda service. More

Oil Change I came in for an oil change and to find out why the engine light and check light came on. Luis saw me pull in and immediately was ready to help me. I didn't have to wait for someone to come to my car. I explained what the problem was besides needing an oil change and he went out of his way to help me avoid an expensive procedure with diagnostics if possible. I really appreciated that. He brought it to my attention about needing a new battery. His knowledge and friendliness was impressive. More

I think this age is so much invested in surveys that we can forget what they are for which they are intended... also customers feel obligated to report excellent ratings, and are told this is the only passing review. I believe this lessens the value of a report made straight from the on a customer's own volition. I feel very bothered by phone calls and emails pestering me to make the review every time I come to the dealership. I have to come quite often because of the nature of driving I do for my job and I don't enjoy the phone calls and emails at all. More
