Ss here’s the story here. I took my Honda Ridgeline to Gwinnett Place Honda in Duluth Georgia to have the timing belt replaced($$) and front brakes done. After I paid for the I took my Honda Ridgeline to Gwinnett Place Honda in Duluth Georgia to have the timing belt replaced($$) and front brakes done. After I paid for the service, I was asked if I wanted to go through the car wash(I rarely do this) and I said sure. I was given the code to enter the wash. I drove up to the control panel and the light said “enter code” which I did. The light turned green and said”Drive in”. I proceeded to enter the car wash when “CRUNCH”! The car wash was apparently broken and there was an arm stuck in place with straps hanging down on it. I of course said to myself, “What the xxxx just happened?” I backed out Of the car wash and this is what I saw. I immediately called the service department and they sent the assistant Manager over. He looked everything over and told me they would contact me on the following Monday. I drove there Monday morning and was introduced to the Service Manager. He proceeded to tell me they were not liable. I asked him who owns the car wash? He told me they do. I then said who’s car wash damaged my Ridgeline? He said “it doesn’t matter. They’re not liable”! Needless to say I was PISSED! The car wash was broken/malfunctioning but instructed me to drive in. I don’t feel this is right whatsoever! I’ll never set foot in that place again! I’d ask you not to as well! This happened 2 weeks ago. Oh and $4700 damage!!! More
