That's your typical stereotype thinking. Well, with Mike Pham, it's the complete opposite. Stress free, no pressure sales tactics and was able to give us great price on our trade, more than we expected. Overall we were in and out in less than 2 hrs. Mike Pham was our sales and he was very patient with me. Very informative and no pressure. There were two cars I had been going back and fourth on and couldn't decide! He brought us in Mr. Taylor's office and he was great. Very eccentric and friendly. No pressure. Usually this is the part I hate but he made it very pleasant! He was quick and funny made the experience end perfectly. I ended up with a great deal and no regrets. My transaction was perfect and I would recommend to anyone. More

Great Service on My Schedule Again today I was able to get a convenient appointment coordinated with my eye doctor appointment close by (I live 30 miles from this dealer but drive Again today I was able to get a convenient appointment coordinated with my eye doctor appointment close by (I live 30 miles from this dealer but drive past another Honda dealer just to come to Gwinnett Honda- they're that good!). Turns out I was early for my appointment but, no problem, Rick Z took me early and got me out early too. As usual the service was prompt and efficient. And Rick lets me know if there are any discounts available for me that I did not know about. So I am fixed and my Honda is all ready for thousands more miles! More

High Maintance charge I recently made an appointment over the phone about an ongoing oil leak I was having with my 2008 Honda Accord. I made the appointment for a Saturday I recently made an appointment over the phone about an ongoing oil leak I was having with my 2008 Honda Accord. I made the appointment for a Saturday afternoon and arrived a little late. Once I arrived, various service people kept informing me someone would be with me (this went on for 20 minutes). Once I was actually being serviced by the Tech, I informed him I had an appointment and I needed to see why was my car leaking oil. He got my information and once completed, he asked me to come with him to his desk. He then informed me, it would be $140 for them to check my problem. What??!!! I informed him, I was not informed of a fee and not for $140. He looked at me with a blank look. I informed him, I did not have $140 but he stated it would be applied to the service if the work was done. I told him no one informed me of this fee and I did not have the monies for this. I asked him where is my car. He pointed and gave me my keys and told me to have a nice day. What??!!! I was dismissed with a salutation!!! Really!!! No apology or explanation!!! Of course I called to file a compliant, but the service manager was not available after I left. Again, this was a Saturday!!! You gave me good service in the past but what happened!!! More

Mike just doesn't fit the mold! Forget the stereotypes you hear about the high pressure car /used car sales person who is just out to take your money.
