The Wonderful Tivanny James When I received the first recall letter for my 2007 Accord I was anxious. Why? Because I did not want to call and be put on hold and get transferred f When I received the first recall letter for my 2007 Accord I was anxious. Why? Because I did not want to call and be put on hold and get transferred from one idiot to another. But that wasn't the case this time. Right from the beginning you can hear her smile. She explained the letter to me and informed me she will take care of everything. She was polite, knowledgeable and professional. She kept her word in every situation and she never put me on hold. Finally, I was able to trust somebody to know what they were doing and care about a stranger enough to ease her stress. Everything went great, without a glitch.
