Easy A/C fix...FAILED! Time...WASTED! A/C was blowing heat. Honda asked for $150 to diagnose. After waiting for 2.5 hrs, they said compressor and clutch needs to be replaced ($660 after discount). Walked out of the dealership since I could not afford that hefty price. Drove the car for 1 full week with windows down in the heat. Finally decided to take it to another mechanic. In less than 5 mins he found that the high pressure side of AC has too much charge in it. He vacuumed it out and put the right amount back. Took 10 mins overall. He didn't even charge me for it!!! Drove for another week and AC is still cold as ice. Basically, Honda technician failed to even do proper steps before quoting me for $660 (WOW)! Went back to the dealer and talked to the service manager Jay. He declined refunding me for the $150 which was a wrong A/C diagnosis by stating "I can't give you a refund because you got a second opinion". Hmmm...How else would I know that I'm not being spammed for $660?? Of course I would get a second opinion. I offered Jay to check my A/C components to confirm that nothing was replaced and A/C is cold as ice in order to give me the refund and he kept repeating himself, "I can't give you a refund because you got a second opinion"!!! Not to mention, their multi-point inspection was done wrong, too. It stated that I had good tires, battery (crank amp), and fluids are fine. Previous time I was there for oil change (5 months ago), they noted that I need a new battery and soon the tires should be replaced. This time they marked that all are in perfect condition. I did not replace the tires or charged the battery. Looks like whoever looked at my car did not want to spend anytime on it and just wanted to charge me for $150. More

Very Professional Jeff Hawes has been my service advisor at least twice now & I have been very pleased with his professional demeanor. He clearly explains what needs to be repaired on my 2000 Honda Accord SE and he even tells me what is NECESSARY to have fixed. As I'm aware, every company is trying to make a buck, but I think Jeff understands we aren't all millionaires and is honest in his service advice. Honesty is the best policy and I look forward to Working with Jeff in the future. More

My first a d worst buying exlerience I was in the market for a much needed vehicle. I bought a nice 2013 civic coupe complete with just about everything. The car was almost fully loaded a I was in the market for a much needed vehicle. I bought a nice 2013 civic coupe complete with just about everything. The car was almost fully loaded and red too! But ugh!! The horrific closing of the sale WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE and it isn't over yet. This dealership called me to tell me that they wanted to give me a longer or bigger warranty(stupid of me to believe that crap). Stupid me I gave them my original warranty agreement back to them and had me sign some papers. I requested the receipt for the agreement for the other warranty and they tell me that a "warranty card" will be mailed out to me that I never got!! Now they want me to sign more papers and they are REFUSING to email me a copy and have gone so far as to having someone to come to my home to shove these papers on me to sign!! I have had to consult a lawyer because of their shady actions. Now this has nothing to do with the salesperson mentioned below. More

I went in looking at a used Accord and was informed I could purchase a new model which had just arrived on the lot for less money and lower interest rate. From the time of my purchase to now I've had nothing but pleasurable experiences with this dealership. I could ask for noting better that the service department experience. George Nasi is definitely a breath of fresh air as a service advisor and I'd highly recommend him to anybody desiring a good, ethical associate. I would highly recommend this dealership for your automotive purchase needs. More
Purchase price and terms of loan changed in Finance Dept I was lured by an unsolicited call from the salesman to swap my vehicle for a new one as a special promotion from Honda. It turned out to be a bait and switch with an attempt to sell me a lesser vehicle than what I had. After many hours of stating what terms I would accept, reaching an agreement with the salesman and sales manager to purchase the newer vehicle, the financing terms got extended in the Finance Office without notification. I appealed to the Dealership to resolve the matter but never received a letter, phone call, email or thank you. The "Swap" is a scam. I would not recommend this dealership. More
