Reginald Demande made me fell at ease from the moment I stepped onto the lot until I left. The car I wanted (2007 Accord) couldn't not be financed for the payment I wanted. I was frustrated and wanted to stepped onto the lot until I left. The car I wanted (2007 Accord) couldn't not be financed for the payment I wanted. I was frustrated and wanted to leave but Reginald told me he would find a car in my price range. He told me about a 2010 Corolla and I said no. He looked again and found a 2009 Accord. I drove off the lot in the 2009 Accord with my payment a little over what I wanted. Reginald is a caring and dedicated professional who tries everything possible to statisfy the customers he comes in contact with. I would highly recommend GPH and Reginald Demande. I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord in July of 2009 from Reggie as a 2nd car and have to say that Reggie went out of his way to make the deal happen. He had an incredible can-do attitude and knew his product line well. He was pleasant, easy to talk to, not a high pressure sales pitch, he just worked very hard to make the numbers work. I traded in the Honda in March 2011 for another BMW and after ridding myself of the excess cars (3 total) I decided to go back and revisit another Honda purchase, this time a CRV. I knew instantly who to call of course. Reggie remembered me and my previous deal which in itself is very impressive as Honda dealerships are typically high volume dealerships. Unfortunately, my financial situation had taken a turn in 2011 and it has been a challenge to re-establish myself. Reggie worked on my deal for 4 days and was having problems getting my loan approved through American Honda. Through no fault of his, I decided to look elsewhere while he worked on getting me approved. I went to Audi that same day (Saturday) and drove away in my new 2012 Audi Q5 2.0T with little to no problems. I got an incredible interest rate and a good deal on my trade and my new car. I called Reggie and told him that I had purchased elsewhere and he was a trooper and wished me the best. Having said this, I wanted to recognize Reggie Demande for his exceptional salesmanship and his willingness to work so hard. Its unfortunate that it didn't work out at Honda but I am thrilled with my new Audi. I highly recommend Reggie Demande to anyone looking for a new or used Honda, he is truly a pleasure to work with and does not waste your time. Thank you very much for your help! JS More
It is always a pleasure whenever I deal with GPH. I have now leased 3 cars from them. Previously, I used to get cars from another Atlanta dealer. The experience is like night and day. Whenever I call Christian about something, he is always a straight shooter and is very professional. He nevers tries high pressure sales! On the last car I leased from GPH (which was today), I actually paid slightly more because I wanted to do business with GPH and Christian. If you are interested in buying a Honda and you want a very professional, straight talking salesperson who is always helpful (before and after the sale), I highly recommend that you call Christian. Having been in many dealership before, I was truly surprised how easy it was to buy a car from Gwinnett Place Honda. Christian, the internet sales director beat a competitor's internet sales price, and gave me a drive-out price over the phone. I asked for a written offer the next day, which Chad did promptly. When I arrived at the dealership, Charles received me warmly and courteously. The price and the car were exactly what they had promised. Financing application was a breeze too; no playing tricks to jack up the interest rate. The finance manager was amazingly easy to work with, not pushy at all at selling me maintenance programs or extended warranty. From the starting of paper work to walking out of the door was less than one hour! Absolutely amazing. I was prepared for many traps other dealers are accustomed to do to even experienced buyers. But I was relieved I did not have to go through those grueling negotiations and dodge the bullets. This has to be the most stress-free car-buying experience in a dealership. These are decent folks and they will continue to win with their professionalism and courtesy. More
