I called this dealership to make an appointment to see a used car I saw online. The person on the phone told me the car was available and to ask for a specific dealer when I arrived. I was intercepted by a used car I saw online. The person on the phone told me the car was available and to ask for a specific dealer when I arrived. I was intercepted by a different dealer after a 45-minute drive. I told him about the car, and he said that not only was the car unavailable but had been sold months ago. He said the person who made the appointment had no knowledge of what cars were on the lot that were available. That was the first red flag. He then asked me what I was looking for, which was a 2017-18 Honda Civic with decent milage for around 17K. He proceeded to tell me that what I was asking was ridiculous and that there was no way I would find that in the current market, while trying to sell me several other cars that I wasn't interested in. He then called in a second dealer, who colluded with the first in berating me and essentially telling me that I was clueless. These men were incredibly rude and tactless. I thought I received this treatment for being a single woman that they thought they could bully, but the dealership has gotten good ratings, for which I am surprised. Incidentally, the very next day I scored a clean 2017 Civic with 37K miles for 17K. I'm going to make sure everyone I know that's looking for a car avoids this place. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. More
