He was rude and unprofessional. One of his internet sales managers quoted a price for a 2012 CR-V EX. He said they would not honor the quote. I asked him how he would feel if he were in my shoes? He basicall managers quoted a price for a 2012 CR-V EX. He said they would not honor the quote. I asked him how he would feel if he were in my shoes? He basically talked over me and kept repeating himself saying that the he gave me was the best they could do. He said they made an honest mistake and would give me the price for the lower model LX. His quote was higher than the first quote we received. I asked the name of his supervisor and he hung up on me. When referring to emails from my boyfriend he said "whoever this guy is?" He talks like he has a 5th grade education. He talked to several managers and no one is willing to be ethical and honor the quote I have via email. I am extremely disappointed in my Honda experience.
