This whole car experience was by far the most pleasurable than anyone would imagine from a dealership. Then after the test drive and our decision to purchase, Jermaine asked what I trying to achieve because I was trading in a leased Honda early. I told him I wanted to get out of the lease and into a purchase because the mileage that we were putting on the lease was rapidly devaluing the vehicle. This is when Albert took over and introduced us to Sam in finance and started giving us the options of what we could do when you are terminating a lease 2 years early. We crunched some numbers and purchased some safeguards and we shook hands on a deal that put us in a brand new 2011 Accord with 11 miles, and best thing was, our choice is now a purchase. But everyone was so nice and attentive to my needs we began to bond which gave me the feel of a family member and that the sales force was looking out for me. The process flowed so smoothly the so call "haggling" was non existent. I did the research after the deal and found out that I was not a victim of a big volume dealership but actually paid a price that was a good one and we are extremely satisfied to be from under a lease. Reggie Demande was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the various options available to us. We had actually visited the dealership to remove our personal items from our car that had been totalled about the various options available to us. Although we were not planning on purchasing/leasing a vehicle that day, Reggie helped us pick a car to replace the one we had not expected to have lost in the accident (which had been a 2003 Odyssey). He was very friendly and personable, and even though it was getting late, he spent a good amount of time with us after our purchase hooking up our phones to the BlueTooth and describing the features of the vehicle. For all these reasons, Reggie deserves the very high rating that my husband and I have given him! During part of the sale, Curtis also assisted us. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful!! More

The only reason I rated a 4 out of a 5 in pricing is due to the fact that there were no strong incentatives to buy a 2012, however that being said I did get the car I wanted at a fair price and with exceptional service in all areas. Mr. Robert Turner in Finance and Reginald Demande were also very professional and I was treated with so much respect that I felt as if I were purchasing a new Acura or Lexus. Had car repaired on 06/27/2011. Picked card up on 06/28/2011 for a cost of $930.00. Made one stop at QT down the street after picking car up to gas up. No problem with the car. Stopped at Auto Zo 06/28/2011 for a cost of $930.00. Made one stop at QT down the street after picking car up to gas up. No problem with the car. Stopped at Auto Zone Parts Store, approx. 34.16 miles further, to return supposedly bad battery for refund. Proceeded to leave; enter car, turn the key in the ignition and car went click, click, clicking and would not start. Contacted Honda that sent out the State Wide Towing Company to tow car back to shop. Now I had to sit in this car for approximatly 1 1/2 hours waiting for the tow truck. I attempted to show the tow truck driver that the car would not start, but it started. This is the problem that I was under the impression had been repaired. The car will drive like a new car with no apparent problems, then you may park this car someplace and the car will not start. You can wait 2, 3, or more hours and go back to get the car and it will crank until the next time it happens. Once the car sits it will eventually start except on Monday, it wouldn't ever crank & there was no sound at all. Had it towed to Gwinnett Place Honda. Now I sit here with no car. More
