Clement did an outstanding job in making sure she got the car that would take care of her as far as what she needed in a vehicle but also took the time to go over everything about the vehicle as well. The sales manager Richard Alatrista was also exceptional and very professional as he made sure the vehicle was filled up with gas and nice and shiny as he gave my daughter the keys to drive off. I recently got yelled at by the employee Chad Mills and the owner David Kwon at Gwinnett Place Honda!The drama started by my questioning why my car did not get got yelled at by the employee Chad Mills and the owner David Kwon at Gwinnett Place Honda!The drama started by my questioning why my car did not get the 75,000 miles service according to the service maintenance plan that I purchased. The employee Chad Mills and the owner David Kwon need a training lesson from the two managers Rick Hwang and Kam Cheung in regards to how to speak to a female customer respectfully. Long story short, my car now has 78,000 miles and still hasn’t received the 75,000 miles service that is covered by the service maintenance plan that I purchased. So, I filed the complaint with the State Attorney General, the Hendrick Auto Group, and the Honda Corporation. I will never give any of my Honda business to the Gwinnett Place Honda. I am still recovering from the drama that I was yelled at by the employee and the owner at the Gwinnett Place Honda. More
