I bought a C class Mercedes Benz 2018 and it was an amazing experience. I went there not sure I was going to get the deal but Martin Emodi made it happen for me. We walked into the used car area of Gwinnett Place Honda yesterday and the manager said someone would be with us shortly and said he'd go find a sales associate. Apparently, he just walked away and left us yesterday and the manager said someone would be with us shortly and said he'd go find a sales associate. Apparently, he just walked away and left us there because we sat there for 20 minutes unattended or even updated by the manager about available sales associates despite being the only people waiting. Eventually, a lovely young sales associate named Dava Gochette stumbled upon us and asked if we'd been helped. She is freaking awesome! She worked with us to find the right car at a GREAT deal. She was funny, fun, easy to talk to, no-pressure salesperson. She's professional, warm, and friendly. She will be my go-to person when it comes time for our daughter to get a car. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone. Aside from the manager this one time, we've always had a great experience at Gwinnett Place Honda. I bought my first car there in the 80s and will continue to go back. Just be sure to ask for Dava Goshette! More

My battery died and went to check as I had purchased it here 1 year back and was still within warranty. Since mine was an old vehicle and the dealership was somewhat far, I have not been a regular here, an here 1 year back and was still within warranty. Since mine was an old vehicle and the dealership was somewhat far, I have not been a regular here, and the service manager started mocking me about it. He later came back and said the battery was fine but the issue was with the servicing I had done elsewhere that was causing the issue, and kept mocking me and speaking to me in a condescending manner. Further, once the vehicle was ready, he did not bother to inform me and kept me waiting for a full 70 minutes before I went in and found out if was ready to go. To top it, he did not give me an y paperwork indicating the service or battery strength, did not fix the radio as it needs reset after batter dies, and did not do the multi-point inspection that was due to be done as a courtesy to all vehicles. His parting quote to me in yelling - "we charge an arm and a leg here because we do the xxxx job right". If you are a regular or spend a lot of $ at this dealership, you may be treated better here, but I certainly am not going back as I don't need to deal with this attitude or drama! More

After service car did not started. adviser gave jump start - car started. I drove home and left car for a day not started. I thought old battery - on Christmas eve, changed the battery drove to Mall of georgia, stopped car, found that backlighting system not working and keep lighting. will see, how Adviser will rectify this issue otherwise, I don't want the airbag, - need my car needs to be original state. Before go to this place for service think twice. If they make to its original state, I may consider giving good rating even though they caused me to take this trouble during Christmas Holidays. More
