After reviewing service history with Mr. Hendricks I knew that my vehicle had additional service needs that were omitted. Mr. Hendricks contacted the technician for clarity. Any service recommendations based on year and mileage of car were no longer reflected. This was inconsistent with previous service summaries. My car was brought for an oil change to begin an oil consumption test. There are other issues with the vehicle but I now have a false since of security based on the technician's summary. More

They are excellent in letting you know what needs to be done with your vehicle after whatever service you bring your car in for ... yet flexible enough to let you decide when to get it taken care of.
