Great work but subpar customer service I gave the service rep my cellphone number (which Honda had anyway) and I expressed I needed my car that day and was told it’ll take 1-2 hrs. Starting about 3 hrs later till an hour before closing I called 4 times to get the status of my car and never got a call back. i finally decided to just go to the shop to get my car only to find out the car had been ready and just sitting there! What the xxxx is that?! More
