Gwinnett Place Honda

Shady and unprofessional experience I came in for a simple service that they said would only take 45 minutes max. During that time, I had a rep come and make an offer to buy my car off o I came in for a simple service that they said would only take 45 minutes max. During that time, I had a rep come and make an offer to buy my car off of me. He let me know my service was probably finished as it was sitting out front. That was about 30 minutes in. I waited about 15 minutes as the rep who started me for service said that he would come find me. When he did not come find me after about an hour, I went over to his desk. He was not there but I could see him conversing with the rep who tried to buy my car all the way on the other end of the service area. I did not want to interrupt so I patiently waited. He did not return after that. Never saw him again. He did not return my texts either. After speaking with 2 different reps regarding my vehicle, I was told that the guy who started me had left for the day because of a death in the family. They also told me that they had not even touched my car because it now needed more work done for 10x the price. While it very well maybe the rep had a legitimate emergency, I definitely saw him talking to the guy who tried to buy my car after they had already parked my car out front for pick up. He should have informed me about my car if he had the time to speak with a sales rep. During my conversation with said sales rep, I had mentioned I was thinking about selling my car especially if it starts costing me. Could that have been the reason why they suddenly quoted me for unnecessary services at over 10x the price? I took my car to another shop, they told me there was nothing wrong with my car. They performed the exact same service I originally went into Honda for without any issues. All of this could just be speculation but at the end of the day, I spent almost 2 hours at Honda Gwinnett Place during which 4 different employee interactions resulted in no work nor customer service being performed. I wish I could remember all the names. I remember the first and last rep. The first rep I now see is not on even on the list provided below. The only rep who actually helped me was the Asian female service rep. She was kind and deliberate in producing results even though she was busy taking care of her own customers. Others saw that I was standing around clearly looking for help and offered none whatsoever when they were idly sitting behind their desks with no visible customers. More

My handicap permit was stolen from my vehicle! I left my handicap sticker inside my car and it disappeared. I reached out to Matt immediately and the handicap sticker is gone.
