Never again tire repair I called in to see if my car could be serviced on set notice because I had hit a pothole & my tire went flat. Whoever I spoke to was very nice about i I called in to see if my car could be serviced on set notice because I had hit a pothole & my tire went flat. Whoever I spoke to was very nice about it but when I got there, the guy I had was so rude honestly. My tires are covered under IAS which meant they needed to go through approvals to be replaced. The guy who serviced my car was a jerk about it. He said “yea it’ll be a couple hours & I am supposed to be off by now”. Then he tells me “no one else is gonna want to deal with this, so bring it back to me.” So I drove my car home on the donut & was instructed to bring it back first thing the next morning. Long story short, it got done however the guy was less than pleasing. If your tires are covered, and you DONT have to pay out of pocket, make sure you know they won’t like you since they have to do a little extra work to replace your tire. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to poop on their grass let alone get my car serviced there EVER again. More
