Not so great I went in for collision repair and wasn’t happy. Repair work was rushed and completed in hurry. First experience was that the advisor Allison didn’t e I went in for collision repair and wasn’t happy. Repair work was rushed and completed in hurry. First experience was that the advisor Allison didn’t even have time to talk to me or update me then when I visited and was told she will get back but no response. When I escalated I was put in touch with Tom. My damages was that Tail gate lower bottom was broken and upper tail gate alignment shifted. Only the lower tail gate section was replaced and upper tail gate wasn’t touched to put back into its original alignment. I pointed out the wide gap on left side vs the right side and told all cars even new one has it. When I compared with 2 other same model year cars and gave photo proof I was told they will try to fix it. Once I went gain to fix it they pushed in my tail light so that gap is reduced but not how it was before. Again in hurry did some band aid fix instead of doing the actual fix. I lost so much time in all this. I don’t Understand the hurry when you are being paid to do some thing right in the first place. More

Service center is great Myanh has been helping me for a few years and she’s alway attentive and takes great car of me as a customer and my car. Trevin was extremely helpful Myanh has been helping me for a few years and she’s alway attentive and takes great car of me as a customer and my car.
