I had a great experience! I bought a brand new minivan on Monday. On Tuesday my trunk malfunctioned and had to be repaired. Obviously this is something you don’t except in a ne I bought a brand new minivan on Monday. On Tuesday my trunk malfunctioned and had to be repaired. Obviously this is something you don’t except in a new vehicle, but Joy and her manager Joseph handled it very humbly and very well. Even taking an Uber to come get my car to take it in to be repaired. my car is repaired and I very happy. I’m sure some other dealerships wouldn’t have handled this unfortunate situation as well. I deal pretty much with service advisor Jeff Hawes and have found him to be one of the most pleasant and honest individuals I have met in my over 60 years of auto ownership. I am certain that others there are equally able to make customers at this dealership feel happy and confident about their service experience. More

Although this location is a good distance from where I live, I prefer the atmosphere of Gwinnett Place Honda and the pleasant nature, as well as expedience, of most of the staff in greeting customers. Okay .. I gave three stars because it took a long time to get the car back for what seemed to be an easy repair (replace spark plug and piston ring). Each day they’d call with a new thing they thought needed repairing. I don’t know why on the first day, they didn’t tell us all the extra things they recommended. If you were inside the car on Monday (after a Saturday drop off), why did we not get it until Wednesday after passing on additional repairs? Why did you call again on Tuesday to recommend an additional repair? And why wasn’t it fixed on Monday and Tuesday when you were under the hood! More
