Recently I purchased a vehicle from GPH and after attempting to have the situation addressed by the salesman who seemed uninterested in going the extra mile to resolve it for me, I allowed my emotions to write an unflattering review of GPH. That was wrong of me and I owe an apology to the sales team, sales managers, and service team. It took one phone call and handshake by the sales manager Curtis Simmons, to restore my trust in GPH, for what is now my third vehicle purchase. Mr. Simmons extended his hand and reputation to address my concerns. He walked me through every aspect of finding a resolution. He went on a test drive with the technician and another one with me. GPH is very lucky to have him on staff. The problem I had was resolved. The car was delivered and my brother is happy with it. Instead of using social media to voice my opinions I should have pumped my brakes and spoken to a manager about my concerns.
