Not a pleasant experience I have stayed in the dealership for 6 hours until the problem was "fixed" just to find out that the problem was not fixed. My car was still shaking on I have stayed in the dealership for 6 hours until the problem was "fixed" just to find out that the problem was not fixed. My car was still shaking once I cross the 50 mph threshold. I returned back instantly at 6:45pm (literally 10 minutes after I left) and the service person had already left. Thankfully, Luis Escobar was there, had a test drive with me and indeed the car was shaking. He took the car back in and found out that tires were not pressurized equally (something along that line where under high speed the tires would start shaking). We also found out that during my last alignment check, the car was also misaligned and no body mentioned any thing about the new tire. Luis spoke to his boss, and the dealership refunded me the alignment cost since the issue should have been dealt with about a year earlier. This whole ordeal took 8 hours for a simple issue that should've been caught earlier. Although I have 3 stars, I still would recommend this place given that I had pleasent experiences with them before. More
