Bad inspection left me stranded out of town I visited this service center for an oil change as I've gone several times before and this is where I purchased my car. They told me I had a bad batte I visited this service center for an oil change as I've gone several times before and this is where I purchased my car. They told me I had a bad battery and I asked them to check again because I just had it replaced three months ago. They checked and said it was good. The next week I went out of town. My car started acting funny and the check battery light came on. I went to get it checked out and found out that I had a bad alternator that I had to change immediately since I was out of town and couldn't get back home. When I called the service manager at this location and left him a message he never took the time to even call me back. I had to spend over $400 to get my car fixed and I will never ever ever be taking my car here for service nor will I ever purchase a car here ever again. I simply gave it a one-star only because my service person was really nice and she did the best she could. It's really unfortunate that the service tech did not detect my issue even though he certainly should have. It's also unfortunate that the service manager can't get back in touch with somebody that leaves him a voicemail. More
