Waited hours for Finance rep so I could pay and leave!!!!!!! I agreed on a deal within 30 minutes, and then waited over an hour to see the finance rep even though I wasn’t financing. They told me there was a problem with their system and to come back Tuesday. I came back Tuesday and it took 3 hours to wait my turn, and then pay and leave (finished at 10:00 pm), and I wasn’t even financing!! If I hadn’t already agreed on a deal I would have walked out. Most miserable car buying experience ever!!!!! More

A Very Long Wait! I went to this dealership on a Wednesday, because it seemed like the “best”day to get in and out quickly! I was told it would take 2 hours for a “Reca I went to this dealership on a Wednesday, because it seemed like the “best”day to get in and out quickly! I was told it would take 2 hours for a “Recalled Airbag Problem” to be fixed. This was the second time there was a Recall on this car for Airbag problems! I waited for four hours with my two small children before it was fixed. I am not happy with this amount of waiting time, and I think it is unacceptable. If I get another recall in the mail, I don’t see how I can go there again and wait again like that. It was a nightmare! More
