New car purchase I went in to purchase a new car and was really satisfied with the help and service from our salesperson, Roy, and manager, Dustin. However, Chris had to come help out during the finance part and was extremely rude. During discussion, he got up and just left, and the chair was pushed back aggressively. Also, his last comment towards us was passive aggressive and snarky. He basically scoffed and walked away. We ended up leaving the dealership because of his behavior. More
Horrible experience I went in with a diagnostics test ran already telling me the issue. The service team argued and said that it was a more expensive issue. However, they I went in with a diagnostics test ran already telling me the issue. The service team argued and said that it was a more expensive issue. However, they couldn’t show me the test deducing their conclusion. So I decided to leave and resolve the issue with a more reasonable and personable automotive shop. When I left Gwinnett Honda, I got on the interstate and my engine was making noises —which had never happened until immediately pulling out of Gwinnett. We had such a terrible experience, my husband and I decided to get rid of Honda immediately and trade the car in the next day for a Toyota. Save yourself and go somewhere else, people. More

In and out! Ronnie Butler is the reason I’ve been loyal to Gwinnett Place Honda since 2006! I now have 3 Honda’s and an Acura in the fleet and Ronnie is the ONLY Ronnie Butler is the reason I’ve been loyal to Gwinnett Place Honda since 2006!
