My wife and I came tonight to buy 2 new cars a Rogue and Armada. The general manager red headed guy lied to us and told us if we bought a new car vs used there were alot discounts and he would work with us Armada. He was also very unfriendly. How do morons get high paying jobs. I will make sure I spread the word to my friends to stay away from this dealership all together horrible experience 0 stars. More
I purchased my third vehicle from this dealership, and this was by far the worst and most dishonest experience I’ve ever had. We agreed on a 72-month loan with a monthly payment of about $550, and I cl this was by far the worst and most dishonest experience I’ve ever had. We agreed on a 72-month loan with a monthly payment of about $550, and I clearly declined all add-ons, warranties, and extra products during the finance process. The finance manager repeatedly said everything would be removed. However, during signing he rushed through the entire digital contract, didn’t explain anything, and never disclosed any changes. The next day, after reviewing the contract at home, I discovered that: the loan term was changed to 80 months, and extra products we declined were added anyway. None of this was discussed or shown to us at signing. When we returned to the dealership to address this, we were treated disrespectfully and told: “If you don’t like it, go talk to a lawyer.” I fully understand that I should read the contract carefully, and I take responsibility for that. But this was my third purchase from this dealership, and we trusted them. Unfortunately, that trust was taken advantage of. This experience shows a serious lack of transparency and integrity in the finance department. I strongly recommend double-checking every document before signing anything here. More
The Gwinnett Place Nissan Team was great! I called with an emergency after my car wouldn't start to get checked out asap. They said I could come in asap. After calling Roadside Assistance, for help in getting started, I drove straight to the Nissan. Apparently the battery and a filter were the problem. Service completed within a couple of hours.
