Was in town visiting and had car trouble. Was cheaper to trade it in than it was to fix it. At first, I thought everything was great but after the purchase, I received a call that they "forgot" to add in a trade it in than it was to fix it. At first, I thought everything was great but after the purchase, I received a call that they "forgot" to add in a service fee which they took care of by adjusting my loan. I then got a call a week later when I return home that I still have to pay $1200 because the title fees were wrong. This ended up being corrected on their end because they looked at the paperwork wrong. Then they sent my title to the wrong DOT office in my home state. after 3 months of calling and searching, I found everything only to find out the dealership did not figure out my taxes correctly and I had to pay an additional $550 in sales tax so I could get my car tags. They were unwilling to help me out at all for their mistakes after 3 1/2 months of dealing with their errors. The absolute worst experience ever dealing with a car. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are in the Duluth area and need a car, run away from this place as fast as you can. More
