100% unwilling to accept return whatsoever even after 2 days A wise man once told me that you can judge a person's character by how much they help those they aren't obligated to. This dealership fails on so many A wise man once told me that you can judge a person's character by how much they help those they aren't obligated to. This dealership fails on so many levels. The people (like most every large out-of-touch company) that are put in front of you are super nice, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They'll move mountains to be able to sell you a car (their incentive is an obvious one), but if something happens like your spouse losing their job 2 days later, they're completely 100% unwilling to work with you on a return, solely because there's no "Cooling down" law in GA forcing them to. So now I'm out my old car that still ran, I'm out my $2500 deposit I could have used for a used care elsewhere, and in a few months, I'll likely be without my new car that they were unwilling to return or even try to. A lack of compassion for fellow human beings during these tough COVID-19 times will only make this world a darker place, and Gwinnett Place Nissan is no beacon of light. More
