Best New Car Purchase Experience Ever!!! I did my homework and researched the subcompact SUV market and decided on the Nissan Rogue Sport SV with All-Weather package over a similarly equipped I did my homework and researched the subcompact SUV market and decided on the Nissan Rogue Sport SV with All-Weather package over a similarly equipped Honda HR-V EX. I surveyed and contacted multiple dealers in the Southeast looking the best fit (price, availability, customer service, reputation, etc.). My sales associate was J.P. Gibson and he is a rising star in the automobile business (very professional, accommodating, personable). The finance manager, as well as, the customer interaction analyst knew their responsibilities and made me feel that I was in good hands with an innovative, competitive, and honest dealership that is hard to find. I am usually hard to please, but Gwinnett Place Nissan (J.P. Gibson and others) made me rethink what a car buying experience could be with the right dealership. They have earned my business and first look on any vehicle purchase in the future. I will recommend (without final numbers) to anyone looking for a quality automobile. Thanks, Michael W. More

Where's my missing key fob for my GTR? Excellent experience up until they claim we received 2 key fobs for a 2019 GTR when we only received one. Manager won't return phone calls. Before that they had me drive up to their dealership to get a replacement key programmed. Once I arrived they said 'sorry we gave you two keys. we can't help you." Will never buy a car from them again and certainly won't be bringing this car in to be serviced by them. More

Slow to payoff our trade-in While the customer service was good and the deal we got also very good ( that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 ), the financing department left mu While the customer service was good and the deal we got also very good ( that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 ), the financing department left much to be desired and operates like a strip mall dealership scam artist. It has been 20 days since we bought the car and they have yet to pay off our trade in. In the car selling business this the holy grail of things you don't do to customers. The whole reason I only go to big-box franchise dealerships is because I feel assured they will not do these things. Because they were slow in paying off the trade, our bank for the trade-in will be posting us as a late payment on our credit. Affecting our credit scores and future car buying or loan searching abilities. While they will "eventually" pay it off, "eventually" doesn't mean anything to the credit bureaus or the late charges which we will have to pay. While I recommend buying a car from them, avoid their finance department like a plague. Horrible experience. People we dealt with: "Mike" ( Salesmen ) - Great sales person, low pressure. Would deal with again. More
