Trying to get in contact with anyone there is exhausting, and almost everyone you deal with on the phone will cut you off, throw you on hold, and forward you to a voicemail. Then no one will call you back. Not worth the hassle, just go to literally any other dealership. More

The first time I went to test drive the vehicle I was introduced to sales My experience with Gwinnett Place Nissan on December 31st 2016 was terrible. The first time I went to test drive the vehicle I was introduced to sales rep Monique Kirby. Monique was not knowledgeable in the 2013 Nissan Altima that I was interested in. During the test drive she could not answer many of the questions I had about the vehicle. When I came back to purchase the vehicle I was again referred to Monique Kirby. Again Monique was not knowledgeable of the vehicle and was not attentive to me as a customer. I was told by the receptionist Amanda that the vehicle I was ready to purchase was available that morning but upon arriving at the dealership Monique told me she was unaware if the vehicake still existed or not and did not know where it was located. Another vehicle of the same make and model was available in the lot but Monique told me she could not find the keys to that vehicle. I waited for two hours while she looked for the keys but could not find them. She then told me that my application would not be submitted until I test drive the vehicle meaning I could not purchase it, which I could not believe. The experience was strictly a waste of time and effort. Monique would say she was going to speak to the manage, Lee, or find the keys or locate someone who would help but would only leave for long periods at a time to speak with other customers or coworkers. I do not feel that Monique and the other members of the Gwinnett place Nissan team were honest and dedicated to assisting me in purchasing this vehicle. I do not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Gwinnett Place Nissan. More
Happy to lease to you. Government-like bureaucracy returning Dealer sales is a well oiled machine. Courteous and polite. BUT their other departments leave a lot to be desired. Nissan: Friday at 1:30PM Me: Is there anything soo- Nissan: *exasperation* Friday at 1:30 Me: I was asking because the last day of my lea- Nissan: You have a 10 day grace period. Me: Friday at 1:30 is fine. Thanks for hearing me out *sarcasm* Maybe he was having a bad day but being very short does not make me feel welcome. I will not be getting my replacement vehicle from them. More
BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! I drove an S and SV model Rogue. I wanted an SUV with tinted windows. I discussed the price with the salesman. I waited a few days until I decided. Spoke with the salesman about the S model I was shown with tinted windows. Texted and discussed with salesman, Jai, a few days later; came in and they quoted me more than $2000 our discussed price. We were going to leave. The sales manager and Jai came back with a price $300 over my price. I thought that fair enough. We were there late at night and by the time the transaction was completed, they were closed and it was dark. I drove home to find out the next day I did not have tinted windows. THEY SOLD ME A DIFFERENT CAR THAN WHAT I WENT IN FOR!!!! No return calls from salesman of sales manager. Complaints to the BBB and FTC. BUYER BEWARE! More

Another Amazing Expierience I went to Gwinnett Place Nissan to trade in my 2012 Acura MDX SUV for a 2017 Nissan Altima S lease and the deal went great. I left the first time with I went to Gwinnett Place Nissan to trade in my 2012 Acura MDX SUV for a 2017 Nissan Altima S lease and the deal went great. I left the first time with no deal but my salesman Brandon Calvin went above and beyond to make this deal work for me. He called me back 2 days later and said the Altima's got another rebate so can you come back in and we can see if we can work a deal to fit a price you want to be at. So we made a deal and my truck was paid off and they had 2 rebates to help with my negative equity and I didn't put no money down and I got a good payment. I leased my first Nissan Altima back in 2013 for 2 years with this same dealership. I must say for my customer service and sales experience, it was wonderful. My salesmen was Brandon Calvin he is the best he will make sure he gives you his all and he will go above and beyond for you. When you go to this Nissan ask for him and his manager who popped in and out was Anthony Smith he was great in making this deal great also. He is a really nice guy as well. My Finance guy Mr. Terri Diskin was so nice he was really down to earth and quick. He is really a peoples person and since he is the last person you see and sign all them papers with and he knows your tired and excited and ready to go enjoy your new car, he is just the man for his job. He keeps you smiling and laughing the whole time... All around this was a great experience and a great team of people I worked with... See you in 2 to 3 years...smiles More
