Got to the dealer and our sales person, the so called expert, told us sorry was in a meeting not ready for you then passed us off to an unsuspecting, unprepared sales man. After 20 mins was taken outside to see the car only to find out ironically it was just "sold". When we asked why we were not told in the previous 20 mins, we received attitude and were told by manager "I didn't know because I have been in a meeting. We can't hold it for you. It is first come first serve." At that point I should have known what we were in store for. We agreed to drive another Leaf and but they couldn't find the keys. After 10 mins the keys were located and we went for a what they called test drive - they would only let us go about 3 blocks. When we returned we asked the price of the car. We already knew because we had looked it up online while waiting for them to find the keys but the sales person refused to answer. We asked a total of 10 times how much the car was before he disappeared for 15 mins to find out. Once back the price was considerable lower than the advertised price. We asked to take a moment to discuss. As my husband and i were talking about the numbers a young man stormed into the cube, ripped the paper out of my hands and told us he was the "finance" guy and there is a typo on that. Then he proceeded to say "you came to see so and so car right let me look up the price" and he started searching the internet for the price. How could he know there was a typo on the quote price if he didn't even know the price??? Bait and switch. My husband asked why they were reluctant to tell us the price, that we had asked numerous times within the last hour and a half to which he replied "Have you ever bought a car?" in a condescending tone. Needless to say we got ready to leave. As we were gathering our stuff the GM comes over and says "so I hear you have a problem with our price. We are very competitive for the market." I told him the issue was not his price. I came in ready to buy a car in this price range. My issue was with his staff and due to the way I was treated I would not be purchasing from them. There are plenty of other dealers in Atlanta and I would be going elsewhere. This place just sees dollar signs and really doesn't care about the customer. If you want to be ripped off, talked down to and given the run around, by all means please visit Gwinnett Place Nissan. Wish I could give it negative stars. More

Service dept Let me tell you how inappropriate and ignorant their service dept rep is. I had an appointment today around 2:30. So, my husband took my car to the d Let me tell you how inappropriate and ignorant their service dept rep is. I had an appointment today around 2:30. So, my husband took my car to the dealer. Obviously, their alignment machine was broken, yet no one called us to notify. (So? We wasted about an hour of commute back and forth) I called around 4 pm to ask when it would be fixed to reschedule. Kyle Mack( service rep) answered my call and said he doesn't know. So I expressed my disappointment for not calling me to tell me that they can't work on my car. He said Gwinnett Nissan gets more than 20 cars per day for alignment and he can't call every single individual to let them know. (Really? Why do you have my phone number on the record then? What's the purpose?) So I asked, is there any way I can have them to call me back to reschedule when they find out by when the machine will be up and running. Kyle replied he has no time to do such thing and dealer is very busy and they NEVER call to ask when the customer would want it to reschedule. He also said just keep calling every day till find out when. (GREAT!! So he is the only busy one? What am I doing everyday? I work too as much as he is) He kept repeating how many cars they have to take care of every day. I said I didn't call to hear what they do every day. Then he replied I am not understanding what he is saying. When I asked him to transfer me to Michael Taylor, without saying "plz hold" he just cut me off while I was asking. If this is how Gwinnett Nissan is training their service reps, you guys have long way to go and need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

The sales p Was looking for a new car and visited this delearship. I couldn't complete the deal because I didn't have one of the document they needed. The sales person didn't have courtesy to even offer other options what they have or any sign to earn business. Amidst of our conversation, a lady comes into the office where we were sitting and starts talking without introducing herself. As we walked out of the office, I wanted to express my dissatisfaction and that lady asks the sales guy to go talk to another set of people who weren't even seated nor attended. Finally a gentleman walks and says he is the manger and tries to ask is the issue about money negotiation. After I explained what happened, he said the rules come in from corporate and they couldn't do anything. I didn't ask them change rules for me but treat customers properly. I personally don't recommend this dealership for anyone. More

My most recent purchase was 2014 Xterra - After stopping by today, I was told only 1 key was available and was sent to service department where I could purchase a 2nd key for a Ridiculous price. Secondly, my wife gets in the car as we are driving off, realized only 1/4 of tank of gas in the car. I have never purchased a car when full tank of gas was not provided. Now this is what tops it all off, I have left 2 messages with the GM - TOM and yet to receive a returned phone call. After 4th attempt, I was able to get Cayce one of the Sales Mangers to pick up. He certainly had an attitude and seemed to be unwilling to help me at all! Atlanta has plenty of other dealerships to buy from and someone needs to revisit customer service and how to deal with customers. More

He seemed like a nice guy and showed us a few SUV's we were looking for. We liked the Nissan Pathfinder S model. I asked for a Red color, leather seat and Rear view camera. Also, I wanted to trade in My 2008 Chevy Uplander (110K). Then they ran my credit and told me I am approved tier1 finance. At that time Sam (one of the Floor Managers) joined us with Clay. He looked at my Trade in Vehicle and appraised it, and offered me $4000.00. I asked for $5000.00. He agreed and we made a deal. Then they asked for a $500.00 deposit and had asked to fill up a credit card authorization form. The Final price will be $25,500.00 (out the door) after trade as per agreement. And he wanted me to take SUV that day. But, I had asked for RED color. Sam said he can give me Red if I bought the SUV Today. I agreed. Then we signed papers and made a deal. Management and I signed the deal and I got a copy of the deal with Clay's permission. Then Clay said he will call me when the SUV is ready. Next day Clay called me and told me that the car will be here on Friday, and on Friday Clay called me again and told me that I can pick up the SUV on Saturday. So after the last Call from Clay, my dad and I went to pick up the SUV on Saturday, March 21st 2015 around 12:15 PM. We were greeted nicely by Clay and Sam, and test drove the SUV. But, at that time the car didn't have leather seats and rear view camera installed. They said it will be done during the weekday. That was fine, and then they started processing the paper work and running my credit again and took the keys of my trade in Van. After about an hour one of the Owner loyalty Managers Mr. Brant came and told me that they are not going to offer me 5K in exchange of my vehicle. He was unacceptably rude to us. He said the VAN has 180K millage. I am not sure he checked the Mileage of my Van. My VAN has only 110 K, which I told SAM on the very 1st day of the Appraisal. I felt so embarrassed in front of my family and kids. It’s like harassment to me that you guys called me to pick up the SUV and then turned down the deal. I walked out of the dealership. I just wanted to inform you all they deceive customers and waste valuable time. I am never going back to that dealership any more after all of this valuable time of mine wasted and the rude salesmen I encountered. Next day I bought an SUV from Atlanta Toyota and the deal was awesome. Buying process was so smooth. I got what I except for my trade in vehicle. More

My daughter came in to get a tired fixed and not only did they take forever but they took advantage by charging her an insane amount. I called to see why they had priced it so high, since the Nissan we live buy charges much lower, and the manager was extremely disrespectful and had no concern whatsoever for my question, Way overpriced, do not go here if you want a deal. I was thinking of buying a car from here but that will NEVER happen. More

On November 19 we noticed that the car would sputter when you tried to accelerate after placing your foot on the gas. We then took it back to Gwinnett Place Nissan on November 20 and were told that it needed a new transmission! We had just purchased this car less than a week before that. Before I purchased it I asked if there was anything wrong with the car. I asked why the car wasn't certified pre-owned and they stated, just because they did not want to spend the money to certify it. I paid the extra money, which was $1,995.00 for them to certify the SUV. I then paid an additional $1000 for a warranty on all electrical, motor, any other issues. They certified the car and told me nothing was wrong with it. I already had a bad feeling when I was at the car dealership for hours while the certified the SUV. I asked, is there something wrong with the Pathfinder multiple times. Mr. Johnson, the salesman assured me that there was nothing wrong with the Pathfinder, only that it the computers at Nissan were messing up. Every time I would ask if it was taking so long because something was wrong with the car they would tell me, no, the computers were messing up, there's nothing wrong with the car. This was a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder with only 24,000 miles on it. And less than a week after purchasing it as a certified pre-owned car, it needed a new transmission. We left it there that Friday and was told it would be ready the following Wednesday. Then we were told it would be ready on Friday. Then after calling on Friday because I had not received a call from Nissan all day, we were told the car SHOULD be ready tomorrow, which is Saturday. I have reported this to Nissan's corporate office because although there are no lemon laws in Georgia, they have to divulge to you if anything is wrong with a car, that's the law. And if they don't tell you that something major is wrong with the car that is in fact wrong with it, they have committed auto fraud. I will be following up with this because I feel that they purposely sold us a bad Pathfinder and lied about it when I asked them repeatedly on the day of purchase if there was anything wrong with the car. They claimed that the transmission problems did not show up on the inspection done to certify the car. How is that possible that something major like a transmission problem does not show up when you certify a car? Especially when you had my car for hours looking at it. Not only would I never buy a car from Gwinnett Place Nissan because I feel like they sell bad cars, I may never buy another Nissan period! More
