Felt cheated big time those people pull the price and end up selling me a 2013 SV model for the price of a 2014 SL . I would never buy from here again. I had to work with 4 - 5 people all said that are sale up selling me a 2013 SV model for the price of a 2014 SL . I would never buy from here again. I had to work with 4 - 5 people all said that are salesmen trying to close the deal with me . making me think that they want to help but actually they did not want to loose the big money they were making on us. Felt sorry i did not go on a different place but when you have 3 kids and you are tired and starving you should never rush to make a deal. I know is not fun to buy a car but this was by far my worst experience ever. More

I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. On top of the service director, Jimmy Clarke being a xxxxx, most if not all of the service advisors are either clueless or extremely rude. You WILL wait forever and a day regardless of if you have an appointment. Their communication is extremely poor. The prices are outrageous, they will slap you with hidden "shop charges and disposal fees." At which those can sometime reach over $50 of your bill. I was very displeased with this facility and will not be returning. More
